With morning or evening speed workouts, your choice of weekend workouts, plus 3 distance levels to choose from, YOU decide how YOU train! Ready to rock? Here are the details. 

Schedule: 
-Wednesday- Speed Workout- 5:45am OR 6:00pm (60 min class)
-Saturday OR Sunday- Long Distance- 7:30am (length dependent on distance/pace)

Locations:
-Midweek- within central Sacramento 
-Weekend- along American River Parkway; from Discovery Park to Old Folsom. 

Distance Levels Offered: (All levels meet together)
-10k (6.2 miles)- supporting all paces
-1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles)- supporting all paces
-1/2 Marathon + (intermediate 13.1)- supporting all paces up to 14 min/mile
-All levels offered for all sessions (even if there is not an equivalent cooresponding race distance).

Session 2: Official Women's Fitness Festival 10k Training

-March 17-May 30
-12 weeks
-Official Training Perks include: Early Packet Pickup and Party and a race day VIP area
-FREE Information Meeting and Kickoff: Wednesday March 14, 7pm @ Fleet Feet Sacramento
-First Workout: Saturday March 17 or Sunday March 18 @ 7:30am

Session 3: Summer Sizzle 

-June 9-July 25
-8 weeks
-No race affiliation. Great as base building for fall training or to keep up general fitness levels. 
-FREE Information Meeting and Kickoff: Wednesday June 6, 7pm @ Fleet Feet Sacramento
-First Workout: Saturday June 9 or Sunday June 10 @ 7:30am

Session 4: Urban Cow Half Marathon or Half Marathon 2 person Relay Training

-August 4-October 3
-10 weeks
-Official Training Perks include: Early Packet Pickup and Party and race day VIP Area 
-FREE Information Meeting and Kickoff: Wednesday August 1, 7pm @ Fleet Feet Sacramento
-First Workout: Saturday August 4 or Sunday August 5 @ 7:30am

Session 5: California International Marathon 2 or 4 person Relay Training

-October 13-November 28
-8 weeks
-Official Training Perks include: Race Day VIP Finish Line Gathering Zone
-FREE Informational Meeting and Kickoff: Wednesday October 10,7pm @ Fleet Feet Sacramento
-First Workout: Saturday October 13 or Sunday October 14 @ 7:30am

Let's See Which Level is Right For YOU! 

 10k
-Designed for the beginning runner or walker looking to increase distance or for the enthusiast looking to keep up their fitness level during off seasons.
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported
-Starting Mileage- 3 miles
-Specific Education for that next level runner or walker.
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, walk/run or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3x a week for at least 1-2 months prior. 

 Half Marathon
-Designed for the first time half-marathoner or the trainee looking to get back on track after time off
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk and Run
-Paces- All paces supported
-Starting Mileage- 5 miles
-Education on topics specific to long distance running, run/walking or walking.
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, run/walk or run continuously for 30-45 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 2-3 months prior. 

Half Marathon+
-Designed for the run/walker or runner looking to take their training to the next level.
-Level- Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported under 14 min/mile
-Starting Mileage- 7 miles
-Specific education aimed at pace and performance improvement.
-Prerequisites- Ability to run/walk or run continuously for 45-60 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 6 months prior.

Registration Details

-Registration Fee dependent on session length
-No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
-Please note, due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs, children under 13 or strollers at Fleet Feet Training workouts.
-No race entry fee included in the price of training
