-Designed for the first time half-marathoner or the trainee looking to get back on track after time off
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk and Run
-Paces- All paces supported
-Starting Mileage- 5 miles
-Education on topics specific to long distance running, run/walking or walking.
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, run/walk or run continuously for 30-45 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 2-3 months prior.
-Designed for the run/walker or runner looking to take their training to the next level.
-Level- Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported under 14 min/mile
-Starting Mileage- 7 miles
-Specific education aimed at pace and performance improvement.
-Prerequisites- Ability to run/walk or run continuously for 45-60 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 6 months prior.
