Welcome to our Fleet Feet 360- Shamrock'n 10k and Half Marathon Training Program. It's almost time to start training and we couldn't be more excited! 

Kickoff Event

360 Shamrock'n Kick-Off 
When: Wednesday, January 4th at 6:00-9:00pm 
Where: Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento - 2311 J Street (workout directions)

  • 6pm: 3-4 mile fun run with the coaches and Brooks shoe demos! *Headlamp or flashlight highly recommended. 
  • 7pm: Learn all about the program. 
  • 7:30pm: Gear Up! The store is open late just for you. 
  • Meet your coaches and fellow trainees, pick up your training schedule and goodies and get ready for an amazing training session! 
  • Bring a friend- There is still space in our training program.

First Workout Times and Locations

  • Saturday/Sunday, January 7th/8th @ 7:30 am- Fleet Feet Sacramento, 2311 J Street  - click here for directions
    • 1st Workout
    • Please arrive early if you missed the kickoff and still need to get your schedule and coupons.
    • Don't forget a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel.
    • Bring a friend for free! Just make sure you let the coaches know so your friend can sign a Waiver form.
    • Stay after the workout on Saturday January 7th to join Fleet Feet for our Resolution Rally! More details next week.

Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals: "A goal is a dream with a deadline." What would you like to get out of this training? Are you looking to run your first half marathon? Do you have a specific time goal? Whatever your goal, it's important to put it in writing and create an action plan. Here is a fantastic worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals

Brooks "Run Happy" Tip: Studies show that working out with a group can more than double your chances of success. A social setting can increase our motivation, exercise frequency and challenge us to push harder. Improve your chances of success this session- grab a friend to join you in training and reap the benefits!
