360 Shamrock'n Kick-Off
When: Wednesday, January 4th at 6:00-9:00pm
Where: Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento - 2311 J Street (workout directions)
Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.
S.M.A.R.T. Goals: "A goal is a dream with a deadline." What would you like to get out of this training? Are you looking to run your first half marathon? Do you have a specific time goal? Whatever your goal, it's important to put it in writing and create an action plan. Here is a fantastic worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals.
Brooks "Run Happy" Tip: Studies show that working out with a group can more than double your chances of success. A social setting can increase our motivation, exercise frequency and challenge us to push harder. Improve your chances of success this session- grab a friend to join you in training and reap the benefits!
