    • Everyone starts at 7:30. 
    • Race prep with your coaches after the workout. Snacks provided. We recommend bringing a lawn chair, extra clothes and a pen and paper. 
    • Vega (a new fueling brand at Fleet Feet) will be joining you after your workout with recovery drinks! They are all natural and vegan!

  • Race Prep: March 4/5th, following the workout join your coaches as they go over all the in's and out's of race day! 
  • Pre-Race Party!: March 7th, join Fleet Feet for a Shamrock'n Shakeout fun run and party! Pick up your race packet early and enjoy a food truck, drinks and Brooks discounts and raffles. 
  • Last Workout: March 8th, last workout. You will also pick up your VIP bracelet for race day. 
  • Race Day: March 11th or 12th. Read the handout above for all the race day details.
