Welcome to our Fleet Feet 360- 10k Kaiser Permanente Women's Fitness Festival and Spring Half Marathon Training Program. It's almost time to start training and we couldn't be more excited! 

First Workout Times and Locations

Saturday, March 18 OR Sunday, March 19 @ 7:30 am- North Natomas Regional Park (workout directions)

  • 1st Workout and Celebration!!! 
  • Please arrive early to snag a pair of Asics demo shoes to test out at the workout. 
  • Don't forget a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel. 
  • Bring a friend for free! Just make sure you let the coaches know so your friend can sign a Waiver form.
  • Delicious breakfast and on-site registration available after the workout.

Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals: "A goal is a dream with a deadline." What would you like to get out of this training? Are you looking to run your first half marathon? Do you have a specific time goal? Whatever your goal, it's important to put it in writing and create an action plan. Here is a fantastic worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals

American River Parkway Etiquette: Just as there are "rules of the road" when it comes to driving, there are similar safety rules and etiquette along the trails for walkers and runners. Click here to brush up on a simple code of conduct that keeps the parkway safe.
