Proper Form: Proper form can make all the difference when it comes to feeling good during your workout. Here are some great tips to keep proper running or walking form during your workout. Doing so will help keep your workouts safe and effective by building your technique from the ground up.
Proper Pacing: Pacing can be confusing. How fast is too fast? Am I moving too slow? The key is to find the pace that works best for you and your workout. Here are a few tips and tricks to finding your best pace.
Pace Calculator: McMillan Running offers runners and walkers a great tool for improving performance- a pace calculator. This is a new pace calculator for Fleet Feet Training, so please make sure to read our "How To" handout to walk you through the process. This is what you will input your assessment time into to receive your workout pacing guidelines.
Training Schedule: Hard copies will be available at the workout, but here's a digital copy for your reference. Schedules are designed by distance level and weekend workout. Choose the one that fits you best. 10K Saturday. 10K Sunday. Half marathon Saturday. Half marathon Sunday. Half Marathon + Saturday. Half marathon + Sunday.
