Staying Consistent: Without a doubt, one of the best indicators of race success is your level of consistency in training. But this can be easier said than done. Consistency enables your body to take the time it needs to adapt to the stimulus of training. Let's take a moment to chat about a few ways to increase your consistency of training.

Staying Motivated: Chances are, now that we are past the halfway point of training, your motivation may be slipping a bit. Let's get you back on track and discuss some ways to find your motivation again.
