Join Fleet Feet Sacramento Davis & Elk Grove for the Official Kaiser Permanente Women's Fitness Festival training program! With two group workouts per week and three locations to choose from, you choose how you train! Don't miss out on the Fleet Feet VIP experience, from the first workout to race day!

Schedule: March 27 - May 29, 2019 (10 weeks)

Locations: 

  • Sacramento: American River Parkway
  • Davis: Fleet Feet Davis, Mace Ranch Park
  • Elk Grove: Fleet Feet Elk Grove, Elk Grove Regional Park

Register for the location you will train at most often. Attend workouts at other locations to fit your schedule or for a change of scenery. All locations will follow the same schedule.

Distance Levels Offered: (All levels meet together)

  • 5K (3.1 miles)
  • 10K (6.2 miles)

Kickoff and Information Night: Monday, March 25, at 7:00 PM, at Fleet Feet Sacramento

Group Training Workouts: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM, Saturdays at 7:30 AM

Culminating Event: Kaiser Permanente Women's Fitness Festival 5K and 10K, June 2, 2019

Choose Your Level!

5K

  • Levels: Walk, run/walk, run
  • Paces: All paces supported 
  • Prerequisites: Ability to walk, run/walk, or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week, for at least 2 months prior to starting the training program.

10K

  • Levels: Walk, run/walk, run
  • Paces: All paces supported 
  • Starting mileage: 3 miles
  • Prerequisites: Ability to walk, run/walk, or run continuously for 25-35 minutes, 2-3 times per week, for at least 2 months prior to starting the training program.

 Registration Details

  • No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
  • Due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs, children under 13, or strollers at Fleet Feet Training workouts.
  • No race entry fee included in the price of training.
