The Training Programs Manager will be responsible for the oversight and implementation of all running and walking training programs and/or groups at Fleet Feet Sacramento, Davis and Elk Grove. This position will work alongside the Training Programs Director to ensure that the Fleet Feet experience is maximized at all times, and that we are achieving our mission to introduce new people to the sport of running and walking while providing those with experience to continue to pursue their personal fitness goals. This person will share the passion and expectations that Fleet Feet has for growth, customer service, passion for people, and love of the sport of running. The training programs manager needs to be organized, self-directed, able to design and implement training programs and oversee location specific Training Programs Coordinators. This position is full-time (between 30-40 hours per week). This position reports directly to the Training Programs Director.
Oversee all location specific Training Programs Coordinators
Desire to be creative, fun, and ability to manage growing training programs is a must. Applicant needs to be willing and able to work early mornings or late evenings when training programs take place, in addition to administrative time during the day. Must have a passion for all levels of runners and walkers, and believes in the Fleet Feet mission to improve lives through running. Must be organized, dependable and have tremendous attention to detail.
