Fleet Feet Sports’ Coaching Services include Semi-private (small group) Coaching as well as Personal Coaching These services provide an environment where you can improve, achieve your goals, learn more about yourself and understand the training process. Short distance or long Fleet Feet Sports' Personal Coach, Mo Bartley, can help. Mo has coached and competed in every distance from the 1-mile to the Western States 100-mile.
4-seasons of training:
• Winter –Spring (Jan. 1 – March 30)
• Spring – Summer (April 1 – June 30)
• Summer – Fall (July 1 – September 30)
• Fall – Winter (October 1 – December 31)
Your program is billed at the beginning of each quarter and is paid by check to:

Over the last 5 years, Mo has worked successfully with runners of all ages and abilities. She has coached first-time runners training for the mile through 100 miles. She has also coached high school cross-country and track for the last 4 years. She was a coach in 2007 for the Fleet Feet Sacramento Racing Team.
Mo started her running career with ultramarathons (beyond marathon distance) in the late 1980’s. She has finished the Western States 100-miler five-times. She represented the US in the world 100 km championship in 1998.
In the last 12 years, she has shifted her focus to shorter road races and cross-country events. She has been nationally-ranked both during her 40’s and currently in the 50-and-over division.
Mo has been in the health profession for almost 30 years. She and her husband Bryan reside in the small foothill community of Cool, nestled above the famous Western States trail. She enjoys the serenity and beauty of running the trails outside her back door.
