Core Strength

The seminar is designed to give those attending a sense of what core strength is all about (especially as it pertains to the runner). It will cover the basics of how to properly isolate key muscles that help provide core stability as well as the appropriate exercises to best strengthen them.  These exercises will be presented in a progressive format to accommodate all levels of fitness and strength.
