Join us for the the Fleet Feet Davis Moo-nlight 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon training program! Our coaches will be there for you every step of the way - making sure you get to the start line (and the finish line!) happy and proud. Over the duration of training you will become a stronger, smarter and healthier runner or walker. And don't forget all the premium benefits as part of a Fleet Feet training program. Schedule:
-May 5-July 3, 2018
-Kickoff and Information Night: Tuesday, May 1 @ 7:00 PM at Fleet Feet Davis (615 2nd st)
-Tuesdays @ 6:00 PM, within central Davis
-Saturdays @ 7:30 AM (10K and half marathon) and 8:00 AM (5K), starting at Fleet Feet Davis

-Culminating Event: Davis Moo-nlight (July 7, 2018) *race entry not included in training fee

  • March 15-31  $89.00
  • April 1-30       $99.00
  • May 1-20       $109.00
Distance Levels Offered: 
-5K (3.1 miles)- supporting all paces
-10K (6.2 miles)- supporting all paces
-1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles)- supporting all paces under 15 min/mile

Let's See Which Level is Right For YOU! 

5K
-Designed for those looking to start walking or running for fitness
-Level- Walk, Learn to Run
-Paces- All paces supported
-Starting Mileage- 1 mile
-Specific Education for the beginning walker or runner
-Prerequisites- None. As always, check with your doctor before starting any fitness program.  

10K
-Designed for the beginning runner or walker looking to increase distance or the 10k enthusiast wanting to improve their pace.
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk, Run
-Paces- All paces supported 
-Starting Mileage- 3 miles
-Specific Education for that next level runner or walker. 
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, walk/run or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3x a week for at least 1-2 months prior. 

 Half Marathon
-Designed for the first time half-marathoner or intermediate runner wanting to improve their pace. 
-Level- Walk, Run/Walk and Run
-Paces- Supporting all paces under 15 min/mile
-Starting Mileage- 5 miles
-Education on topics specific to long distance running, run/walking or walking. 
-Prerequisites- Ability to walk, run/walk or run continuously for 30-45 minutes, 3-4x a week for at least 2-3 months prior.
