Keep up your fitness between race-specific training sessions with this 6 week class. Stay Fit Six was designed to help you become a more well-rounded athlete. Experience a little bit of everything from strength building circuit workouts and pace-dropping speed sessions on Tuesday evenings alongside 5k & 10k mileage for beginner and intermediate levels on Saturday mornings. Ability to walk, walk/run or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3x a week for at least 1-2 months prior. No strength or speed work experience required.
