TBF Half Ironman Triathlon

TBF Racing is pleased to announce the return of the Half-Iron Distance event called the TBF HIT. The location again will be Rancho Seco Park with a beautiful lake swim, a one-loop bike course, and a two-loop trail run.

The TBF HIT will be limited to the first 500 triathletes. Each competitor will receive a custom TBF HIT III race tech t-shirt, TBF HIT Finisher Medal, TBF HIT shoulder bag, water bottle, along with the TBF HIT Goody Bag, post race hot meal, and massage.

Garmin Tech Clinic & Run/Walk

Join us at Fleet Feet J Street as we host Talia Herman from Garmin. Talia will host a Garmin Test Run/Walk at 5:30pm from Fleet Feet J Street. Participants will be able to demo the latest Garmin Products. At 7:00pm Talia will host a Garmin Tech Clinic where she will review the functionality of new Garmin products and she will be available answer your Garmin questions if you already own one.

Susan B Anthony 5k

Founded in 1976, the Susan B. Anthony (SBA) 5k gives women runners and walkers the opportunity to compete strictly against other women. The race has been successful every year in providing women with a non-intimidating atmosphere to challenge themselves to run or walk farther or faster than they may previously have.

Urban Cow Training Program Kickoff

The Urban Cow Training program will Kick-off on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Fleet Feet J Street. Training packets will be handed out from 10 am - 7:00 pm and the Kick-off seminar will begin at 7 pm. You can pick up your packet anytime throughout the day.

All registered participants should mark their calendars for the Kick-off Night. The Kick-off Night is where all specific training information is reviewed and discussed including training packets, training schedules, seminar dates, etc.
