Schedule: 

  • Wednesday Speed Workout: 6:00 PM (60-min class)
  • Saturday Long Run: 7:30 AM (class duration dependent on distance/pace)
Distance Levels Offered: (All levels meet together)
  • 5K (3.1 miles)
  • 10K (6.2 miles)
  • 1/2 Marathon (13.1 miles)

5K

  • Levels: Walk, run/walk, run
  • Paces: All paces supported 
  • Prerequisites: Ability to walk, run/walk, or run continuously for 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times per week, for at least 2 months prior to starting the training program.

10K

  • Levels: Walk, run/walk, run
  • Paces: All paces supported 
  • Starting mileage: 3 miles
  • Prerequisites: Ability to walk, run/walk, or run continuously for 25-35 minutes, 2-3 times per week, for at least 2 months prior to starting the training program.

 Half Marathon

  • Levels: Walk, run/walk, run
  • Paces: All paces supported 
  • Starting Mileage: 5 miles
  • Prerequisites: Ability to walk, run/walk, or run continuously for 30-45 minutes, 3-4 times per week for at least 2 months prior.

Registration Details

  • No refunds or exchanges available after the first day of training.
  • Due to liability and safety concerns, we can not allow dogs, children under 13, or strollers at Fleet Feet Training workouts.
  • No race entry fee included in the price of training.
