Workout Times and Locations

  • Sunday, September 4th @ 7:30 am - Natomas Racquet Club: 2450 Natomas Park Drive:  - click here for directions
    • Don't forget a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel.
    • 7am start for the run/walk and walk groups.
    • An aid station will be available for you to top off your water bottles.
    • Varun from UCAN will be available starting at 6:45am for you to sample UCAN, a new kind of fueling product. Read about it here. UCAN is different in that you take it prior to the workout. If you would like to sample, please arrive a few minutes early to sample before your workout starts. He will be available prior to both 7am and 7:30am start times. Details below. 
    • Natomas Racquet Club opens at 7am if you need to use the facilities. You will need to sign a waiver upon entering. 
    • Natasha from Active Bodyworks will be there after the workout for any aches or pains you might be feeling.

What you say to yourself can have a big effect on the way that you feel, and on what you can achieve. Positive self-talk is one tool that can be used to achieve your full potential.

Risks of Sitting: Research has linked sitting for long periods of time with a number of health concerns. But what exactly goes wrong in our bodies when we park ourselves for nearly eight hours per day?
