Facebook Ending: It has been fun getting to know each other at our workouts in our Urban Cow Facebook group. However, all good things must come to an end and we will have to close our Facebook group soon after the Urban Cow Half Marathon. We will leave it up for a week after the race - so send those friend requests and get those phone numbers so you can continue meeting up once the group is closed.
