    • It will be hot. Please make sure to hydrate throughout the day. We will modify the workout as necessary.

Training Topics

Proper Form: Proper form can make all the difference when it comes to feeling good during your workout. Here are some running form basics and walking form basics that will help keep your workouts safe and effective by building your technique from the ground up.

Proper Pacing: Pacing can be confusing. How fast is too fast? Am I moving too slow? The key is to find the pace that works best for you and your workout. Here are a few tips and tricks to finding your pace.

Natomas Racquet Club: The Natomas Racquet Club graciously allows us to use their parking lot and bathrooms throughout training. If you are looking for a gym to call home, look no further. Their beautiful facility, high level customer service and many amenities will "wow" you from day one. Check out their price sheet and club amenities

New Balance Tip of the Week: Make a friend this week! Training groups are a great way to meet new people and build lasting friendships. Introduce yourself to someone new and train with a buddy!

Speed School: If you have decided that you would like to add Speed School to your training (Tuesdays 6pm at William Land Park) you can register here

  • Fueling Seminar: Sunday, August 7th @ 7:00 am - Please arrive early to learn about the importance of fueling for your long workouts. We will have samples of various products that we carry in the store.
  • Bra Fit Fest: August 4th - 6th all day at Fleet Feet Sacramento - This is for the ladies! Schedule an appointment to be fitted for a sports bra with one of our female Fit Specialist. There will be specials on sports bras and free gift with purchase!
