NO BOUNDARIES 5K TRAINING PROGRAM - FALL

registration opens August 11, 2008

No Boundaries is a beginners training program for the first time walker or walk/runner.  This program is perfect for inactive or minimally active people. This program will motivate and educate beginners to improve their fitness and develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing for the Run to Feed the Hungry 5K to be held on Thanksgiving morning - Thursday, November 27, 2008.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30, William Land Park
First group workout is September 16, 2008.

training groups for No boundaries

This program is for the first time walker and walk/runner.  The program is non-competitive and the environment is educational, fun and supportive to assist the beginner in learning to walk or walk/run a 5K.

registration

Online, in-person and phone registration will open August 11, 2008.
$75 per person

Registration fee does not include race entry fee.
NO REFUNDS after September 11, 2008 (no exceptions)
There are no exchanges or transfers at any time.
A 100 person cap is used for this training group.  There is no waiting list.

kick-off night for registered participants

Thursday, September 11, 2008, 6 - 7 pm Packet pick up, 7 pm Kick-off meeting

Once you have registered for the program, you will begin receiving email updates as the start date approaches.  All registered participants should mark their calendars for Thursday, September 11th for the Kick-off night.  The Kick-off night is where all specific training information will be handed out including training packets, training schedules, important dates to remember, etc.
