DUSTY ROBINSON -
Team Director
Dusty will communicate with Team Reps and oversee the general
performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the Fleet Feet Racing team
to create a loyal customer base for the store and to foster the local
running community.
DOUG THURSTON - Team
Manager
Doug will communicate with Team Reps and will assist Dusty. In
addition, Doug will provide support to team practices and local events
identified as team key events.
CHAD WORTHEN
- Head Coach
Chad will handle all training and racing communications, lead Tuesday
night workouts

Team Representatives
This is a three-person executive committee that communicates directly
with the Team Director & Team Manager and the Team Members. The
Reps meet on a quarterly basis to review team direction and
