If you have always wanted to run, but were too scared to start, join Running Resolution. We will help you build up to a comfortable running routine. We will help get you in shape and give you the tools to keep running long after the program is over. Don't just talk about running - BE A RUNNER! Join us at Running Resolution!
We'll Even Watch Your Kids
If you have little ones, Natomas Racquet Club will provide child care during the workouts for a small fee (see below). Advance registration required.
First group workouts is Wednesday, January 20, 2010
Wednesday workouts begin at 9:00 am
Saturday workouts begin at 8:00 am
Home base for all group workouts is Natomas Racquet Club, 2450 Natomas Park Drive (just off I-5 and Garden Highway)

A maximum of 50 people will be allowed in the program. There is no waiting list.
Fleet Feet Sports will host a Kick-off and Information Night for the Running Resolution Training Program on Tuesday, January 12th at Natomas Racquet Club, 2450 Natomas Park Drive. We will talk about the program, what to expect and how this program can help turn you into a runner. This night is for registered participants, as well as anyone who just wants to learn more about the program. Feel free to bring a friend.
Training packets will be handed out from 6:00 - 6:30 pm and the Kick-off seminar will begin at 6:30 pm.
