
The Shamrock'n Half Marathon Training Program will begin on Sunday, January 13, 2008. This training program is specifically designed to prepare walkers, run/walkers and runners for the wonderful 13.1-mile distance. The 4th Annual Shamrock'n Half Marathon will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2008.
New this year:
Wednesdays - 6:00pm: 100 Howe Ave, University Park Office Parking Lot
Sundays - 8:00am: 100 Howe Ave, University Park Office Parking Lot
Some Sunday workouts will be held at other Sacramento area locations
First group workout is Sunday, January 13, 2008

All participants should be able to run or walk a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes three times a week by the start of training.
We are sorry, but this program is full. There is no waiting list. We hope you will join a future training program. Just remember - they fill up very quickly, so sign up early.

Once you have registered for the program you will begin receiving email updates as our start date of January 13 approaches. All registered participants should mark their calendars for Wednesday, January 9 or Thursday, January 10 for one of the Kick-off Nights. The kick-off night is where all specific training information will be handed out including training packets, location/date schedules, seminar dates, etc. You only need to attend one Kick-off night.
