You receive 1 point for each dollar you spend on full priced items (before tax) in our store. Each time you purchase something at full price, your point balance accumulates. When you reach 150 points you are rewarded with a $15 Personal Rewards Voucher valid on your next Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento purchase. There is no cost for the program, no time limit to accumulate your $150 spent, and no membership cards to keep track of. Your voucher is valid for 90 days from date of issue.
NEVER OUT SHOE GUARANTEE: If we are out of your shoe we'll take $10 off the purchase price and special order it for you when you pay in advance. Your shoes will be available for pickup within 7 business days or less. If we miss the 7-day deadline we’ll give you a free pair of Balega socks.
Never Out Details:
- Special order must be paid in advance.
- Valid on current styles and widths we stock.
- Valid on regular priced shoes.
- Offer NOT valid on seasonal footwear (sandals, track & field and cross country)
- We are considered "in stock" if we have the correct style and size in any color. $10 discount will not be given if the special order is for a different color.

- Free shipping: we ship any purchase of $80 or more for free within the continental US.
- Your shoes will be available within 7 business days (M-F) or less or we'll give you a pair of Balega socks
FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM: Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento and Davis will ship your products to you free of charge within the continental U.S. on purchases of $80.00 or more. We maintain your purchase history, so if you know what you need or not, just give us a call and your products will be on their way within 24 hours (Note: orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday). Our return policy is the same as in-store purchases, but we do not pay for return shipping.
RETURN POLICY: Fleet Feet Sports is committed to finding the right FIT for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within sixty days, with or without a receipt. No returns on swimwear, underwear, nutrition or hydration products. No return on sale items. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a store credit. We won't rest until we find the right solution to your needs.
