Boot Camp

Workout Times and Locations

  • Tuesday, March 14 @ 6:00pm - William Land Park, Doc Oliver Field - click here for directions
    • Don't forget a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel. 
    • Please wear weather appropriate comfortable clothing and athletic footwear. 
    • There is still space in the program- bring a friend!

Daily Athlete: Attached is a copy of the “Daily Athlete” and “Basic Strength Training” routine.  You can download it and have it to take with you incase you miss a class.  We will also be using these base exercises throughout the next 8 weeks.
