Training Topics

Homework this week:

Level 3:  Lunge w/Fwd Kick      Level 2: Lunges                 Level 1:  Forward Kick
              (4 counts)

Level 3:  Oblique V-sits             Level 2:  Bicycle Kick         Level 1: Bridge

Wellness Challenge: Make plans for your fitness future. Partner up with a buddy or two and sign-up for a race or fitness event. Maybe check Fleet Feet Sacramento's website and sign-up for new program.  Something that will help keep you on the fitness path.

Final Assessments:  I have been debating whether or not to do the final assessment. Traditionally I do them on the last day (August 25th) but it seems that many people opt out of it.  I would rather have a fun and energetic workout with everyone there for out last day.  So if you are my “die hard” people that MUST have a final assessment, I will stay after class (am and pm), or I can do them before class for the pm group.  I will hold assessments August 23rd or August 25th for those who desire it.

What's Happening in Training
