It looks like our last week of Boot Camp is here, I can’t believe how fast the last 6 months have gone by . Boot Camp is always such a fun experience for me. It truly has special place in my heart and it’s always hard for me to say goodbye for the season. I wanted to express my gratitude to all of our participants. This year has been both fun and the Campers (aka "my little animals”) have been amazing. Coaching this class always feels like a gift. So thank you gang for all the hard work, the wonderful feed back and your commitment to the class and yourselves. Remember to keep up on your workouts on the off season, because I see way more “burpee fun” for next year. Down to the core, we want more!

Off Season Workouts: I have attached three additional workouts so you can print them out and take them with you anywhere in the world….I know, I know, your welcome:) Seriously, even completing one of these workouts just once a week, joining it with your Fleet Feet walk/run program, will help keep you strong while you train through race season. Final Assessments: I will remain after both of the AM and PM classes for those of you who would like to do fitness assessments. I will do this on both TUESDAY and THURSDAY. I want to make sure that everyone that wants their assessment done will have the opportunity to do it.
