Wellness challenge: Choose a “Smart Goal” that will somehow reduce the stress in your day to day life. Example: Complete food shopping and prep on Sundays. This will make cooking and eating healthy easier. This will also allow more free time in the evenings to spend with family or on personal, (hopefully fun) things.
