Sign-in Cards: Please remember to sign-in at each workout. Come to 14 out of 16 workouts to receive a fun token at the end of session!

Homework: Level 3:  Squat Hold w/Side leg lifts      Level 2: Squat w/ Leg Lift      Level 1:  Squat
                     Level 3:  Staggered Push-up                 Level 2:  modified push-up     Level 1:  Plank

Remember!: Always work the level best for you today.  This week, focus on building a strong base to help keep your body injury free.
