Wellness Challenge: Did you know that deep breathing can not only relax you, but it can help you activate your core and contribute to better posture? Your wellness homework is to practice deep breathing when you lay down to sleep. Inhale deep as if you are filling your lungs with the send of your favorite flower. Then exhale all the air through your mouth as if you are blowing out birthday candles. Learn more about the importance of proper breathing with this great handout.
