Workout Times and Locations

  • Tuesday July 5th @ 5:30am OR 6:00pm - William Land Park, Doc Oliver Field - click here for directions
    • Don't forget a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel. 
    • Assessment day! Coach Nikki will take the group through a movement assessment to establish your baseline to note improvements throughout training. This is NOT a test and there is no pass or fail.
    • There is still space in the program- bring a friend!

Come Prepared: Make sure that you are prepared for Tuesday's first workout. Here's a handy guide on what to bring.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals: Goal setting is one of the best ways to help you get out of the most out of any training program. But how you set those goals makes all the difference. Check out this worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals

Daily Athlete: Attached is a copy of the “Daily Athlete” and “Basic Strength Training” routine.  You can download it and have it to take with you incase you miss a class.  We will also be using the base exercised throughout the next 8 weeks.

Strength: This session's focus is on strength- in and out. Our goal this year is to "Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway!" Meet your goals and earn a super cool silicone bracelet to remind you of your accomplishments and keep you on track. 

Homework: No Homework this week

Free Fun Run/Walks: Come and join us any Tuesday evening at 6:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento for an enjoyable run or walk. All ages, abilities and paces are more than welcome and varying distances are available. Open to the public- bring friends and family!
