Workouts

Kick-Off and Launch Party
When: Wednesday, August 3rd @ 7:00 pm
Where: Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento - 2311 J Street (workout directions)

  • Come pickup your goodies, meet your coaches and enjoy yummies! 
  • Learn more about the program
  • Bring a friend, there is still space. 

First Workout
When: Sunday, August 7th @ 7:00 am
Where: Howe Avenue: 100 Howe Avenue, University Park Offices: (workout directions)

  • Bring a friend, there is still space!
  • Don't forget water. It is important that you stay hydrated throughout your workout.
  • Yoga mat or towel is great for our stretch and core routines after the workout

Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few great things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals: "A goal is a dream with a deadline." What would you like to get out of this training? Are you looking to run your first marathon? Do you have a specific time goal? Whatever your goal, it's important to put it in writing and create an action plan. Here is a fantastic worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals
