Race Prep Tips: As Urban Cow Half Marathon is this weekend, let's review some tips regarding the importance of getting prepared for the race.

Urban Cow Race Day Assessment and Details: Let's get ready to rock your halfway assessment! Give these details a look over. Reminder, we will be using this event as your halfway assessment. Once you have your half marathon completed you can input your time into our Fleet Feet Sports pace calculator. Select the half marathon distance and input your time from Sunday. The calculator will create a pace chart for you. Once you have your pace chart- it will give you an estimation of your estimated finish time for CIM. Here is a handy guide on how to read the pace chart, and as always, your can always ask your coaches for help.

Training Buddy Manifesto: There are some non-negotiable rules of relationships between running buddies - rules that don’t typically apply to those friendships in the “outside” world. So take some joy in reading the Training Buddy Manifesto.
