Here is a list of programs offered by Fleet Feet Sports Sacramento in the first half of 2017.
Please look at the dates and times carefully. By noting your preferences below, this does not guarantee you a position mentoring in that program; it merely indicates to me what you are able and willing to do. You will never be forced to mentor a program you don't want to. I will look at everyone's preferences and decide based on people's availability and the programs' needs. I will let you know what program you will be mentoring for in a timely manner. Please remember, in mentoring a program, you are NOT training with that program. You are there to help the coaches and motivate the trainees. We also ask that within a training period you miss no more than 3 workouts. You will be available to run that specific race, though, if you'd like. For 360- you would be able to attend the "opposing" workout for free of charge as well. (meaning if you mentor on Saturdays, you could come and workout on Sundays for free).
*Please note- with the new 5:45am class time, the coaches have been instructed to keep speed workouts (morn and evening) moving efficiently and especially in the morning, to keep it to a 60 min workout. You should be packed up by 7am.
