Staying Consistent: Consistency is a key component to any exercise routine. Keeping up a running or walking routine does not have to be a constant struggle. Follow these tips for integrating running and walking into your lifestyle.

Staying Motivated: Motivation may be one of the hardest aspects of a healthy lifestyle to understand. How do you find it? And more importantly, how do you keep it? Follow these tips to keep your eye on the prize. 

Self-Talk: Self-talk is the talking you do in your own head about yourself and the things that happen; your own "running commentary" on your life. What you say to yourself can have a big effect on the way that you feel, and on what you can achieve. Here are a few guidelines to make sure your self-talk is helping and not hindering you.
