Risks of Sitting: You may have heard, "sitting is the new smoking". Research has linked sitting for long periods of time with a number of health concerns, including obesity and metabolic syndrome. Learn to combat the risks with these tips

Blisters: Blisters are a common problem for walkers and runners caused primarily by improper gear choices. By focusing on prevention and treatment you can make sure your feet are in tip-top shape. 

Tie Shoes: Many shoe issues can be relieved by changing the way you tie your shoes. Here are some common adjustments to make sure your feet are feeling their best.

Brooks "Run Happy" Tip: This week let's reinvigorate your routine! Pick one day to try something new. You could workout with a new friend, check out a new location or even just turn left when you normally turn right. Small changes will keep you motivated and help you stick with your training.
