Training Topics

Breathing: Most runners and walkers take notice of how their body is moving during a workout but very few keep that same attention to their breathe. How you breathe during exercise can make a big impact on how you feel. Take a moment to refine your breathing technique and you may notice a big difference in your workout. 

Manage Stress: Exercise = stress. So do screaming kids, traffic and that big work project due tomorrow. But your body can't tell the difference between them. Stress can do a lot of good for your body, helping you adapt, but too much can have a detrimental effect. By learning to manage all the stresses in your life you can better handle anything that comes your way.
