Staying Consistent: Consistency is a key component to any exercise routine. Keeping up a running or walking routine does not have to be a constant struggle. Follow these tips for integrating running and walking into your lifestyle.

Staying Motivated: Motivation is what gets you started, that kindling that helps you push through any adversity that comes your way. But motivation has the tendency to lessen over time. Here are some tips to help keep your motivation high to keep you moving strong. 

Self-Talk: Everyone who faces adversity and obstacles to success - whether physical pain, poor conditions, strong opponents, fatigue – goes through self-talk. The only way an athlete can succeed in the face of these difficulties is to have powerful self-belief and great determination. Positive self-talk is one tool that can be used to achieve your full potential.
