Proper Form: Wanting to prevent injuries and get faster? One of the first places to look is your running or walking form. Here are a few basic tips to help you maintain proper running or walking form.
Proper Pacing: Pacing can be confusing. How fast is too fast? Am I moving too slow? The key is to find the pace that works best for you and your workout. Here are a few tips and tricks to finding your pace.
Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op Healthy Eating Recipes: Not only is this Basil Crusted Oven Roasted Wild Salmon delicious, but the salmon + basil combination makes it pretty darn nourishing. This is super quick and easy to make, especially if your salmon is already skinned and filleted for you. Another tip from our friends at the Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op: Stack your basil leaves and then roll them up tightly. Use your knife to make thin slices from one of the rolled up ends; when the basil unfurls, you’ll have perfect little ribbons of basil for your salmon.
Attendance Incentives: Don't forget, this program stays FREE of cost if you come to 13 out of 16 workouts. Keep each other accountable and let's rock this session!
