No Boundaries- VSP

Congratulations on an amazing 8 week training session! We are so proud of all that you have accomplished over the past few months. We can't wait to celebrate with you! 

Workout Times and Locations

  • Tuesday, March 7 @ 5:00pm - HQ2, Fitness Center 
    • Don't forget a water bottle, headlamp or flashlight and a yoga mat or towel. 
  • Thursday, March 9 5:00pm - HQ2, Fitness Center 
    • Don't forget a water bottle, headlamp or flashlight and a yoga mat or towel.
    • Last workout! Let's party! Prizes and snacks provided to celebrate your accomplishments! 
  • Saturday, March 11 @ 7:00am- Raley Field Legacy Club
    • Shamrock'n 5k/10k Race day! 
    • Race starts at 8:15am. Arrive no later than 1 hour prior. Give yourself time to park. 
  • Sunday, March 12 @ 6:45am- Raley Field Legacy Club
    • Shamrock'n Half Marathon Race day! 
    • Don't forget to change your clocks! 
    • First wave at 7:45am. Arrive no later than 1 hour prior to your start. Give yourself time to park.
