Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few great things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.
Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op Healthy Eating Recipes: We are so happy to announce the Sacramento Natural Food Co-op as the official No Boundaries Nutrition partner of 2017. They will be providing you with a different healthy recipe each week! The toasted walnuts in the Winter Salad with Oranges and Walnuts add a nice crunch to this salad and a taste compatible with oranges. The dressing is sweet, tangy and light…just right for the simple ingredients of the salad. The Co-op suggests that you can serve this light salad as a healthy option at your next family gathering this year. It'll provide you with some fresh fruit and veggies.
Brooks "Run Happy" Tip: Studies show that working out with a group can more than double your chances of success. A social setting can increase our motivation, exercise frequency and challenge us to push harder. Improve your chances of success this session- grab a friend to join you in training and reap the benefits!
