Proper Form Clinic: January 23rd/24th at 7:00 am. Join your coaches for our quick form clinic prior to the workout. This a must for first time trainees and a great refresher for returning trainees.
Your Pace Chart: When you do your 1 mile assessment on Saturday/Sunday, you can create a personalized pace chart with our Fleet Feet Sports pace calculator. Select the distance and input your time and the calculator will create a pace chart for you. And don't worry - coaches will discuss this more in depth with you this weekend.
Brooks "Run Happy" Tip: Posture is key for Proper Running Form. It may seem daunting but it can actually be very easy. Before every run, raise your arms high above your head elongating your spine. Then drop your arms to the side and you are in nice tall proper posture. This works great even in the middle of a long run when you are feeling fatigued.
