Hydration and Fueling: A hydration and fueling plan is vital to maintain an even performance and enjoyable feeling for the duration of the workout. The longer you run, the more important having a plan becomes. Here are some tips to help you with your hydration and fueling plan.

Practice Costume Run: Our workout on December 19th will be our Practice Costume Run. If you plan on running the race in a costume, it's a good idea to practice. Here's your chance! This will also be our mid-way potluck. Bring something yummy to share afterwards.
