Itinerary (subject to change) 

Day 1: Friday May 19

2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Arrival and Welcome. 

3:00pm-3:30pm: Trail Safety and Etiquette Clinic

3:30pm- 4:30pm: Trail run #1 with Nathan Hydration demos (3-7 miles/ 60 min)

5:00pm- 6:00pm: Happy hour (non-alcoholic options provided as well)

6:00pm- 7:00pm: Dinner

7:15pm- 8:00pm: Sunset hike with Nathan visibility demos

8:15pm- 9:30pm- Live taping of Ultrarunner Podcast with Eric Schranz interviewing Meghan, Zach, Magda and Hayden. 

Day 2: Saturday, May 20

6:30am: Sunrise Coffee

7:00am-8:00am: Breakfast 

8:00am-8:30am: Uphill and Downhill technique Clinic

8:30am- 11:30am: Trail Run #2 (6-12 miles/ 180 min)

12:00pm- 1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm-5:00pm: Recovery Zone and Trail Gear Expo 

  • 1:30pm-2:00pm & 2:15pm-2:45pm: Yoga with Fleet Feet Sac Fit Specialist and Yoga Instructor, Scout
  • 1:30pm-2:00pm & 2:15pm-2:45pm: Roll and Recover Clinics with Addaday and Magda Boulet
  • Massage appointments with Active Bodyworks
  • Graston and cupping technique appointments with Results Physical Therapy
  • Clinics and demos with Altra, Addaday, Hoka, Nathan, Drymax, Generation UCAN and more!

3:00pm-3:45pm: "Metabolic Efficiency" Seminar with Zach Bitter and Varun from Generation UCAN

4:00pm-4:45pm: "Functional Movement in a Dysfunctional World" Seminar with Kyle from Results Physical Therapy

5:00pm- 6:00pm: Happy Hour (non-alcoholic options provided as well)

6:00pm- 7:00pm: Dinner

7:00pm-10:00pm: FREE screening of the Ledlenser "Trails in Motion" Film Festival under the stars with s'mores and popcorn. Watch the trailer here! 

Day 3: Sunday, May 21

6:30am-7:00am: Sunrise Coffee and snacks

7:00am-7:30am: Pacing on the Trails Clinic

7:30am-9:00am: Trail Run #3 (3-7 miles, 90 min)

9:00am-10:00am: Breakfast

11:00am- Pack up and Depart
