Trail Heads Trail Training

Workout Times and Locations

  • Wednesday, May 3 @ 6:30 pm- Auburn Dam Overlook Park: 855 Pacific Avenue, Auburn (workout directions)
    • Don't forget a water bottle and yoga mat. 
    • Last workout! Make sure to ask you coaches any questions you may have about the upcoming race. 
    • Prepare for the heat- Water is mandatory. We recommend wearing a hat, sunglasses, light colored clothing, sunscreen, etc. 
    • Make sure to hydrate throughout the day as well. 
  • Saturday May 6 from 6:30 am- 7:25 am- Northside Elementary School, 860 Cave Valley Rd., Cool, CA 95614
    • RACE DAY!! 
    • Arrive at least 1 hour prior to your wave start. 
    • Meet your coaches and fellow trainees at the Fleet Feet tent near the finish line.
