Come Prepared: Are you ready for your first workout? Here are a few great things you will need to come prepared to the first workout.
S.M.A.R.T. Goals: "A goal is a dream with a deadline." What would you like to get out of this training? Are you looking to run your first trail race? Do you have a specific time goal? Whatever your goal, it's important to put it in writing and create an action plan. Here is a fantastic worksheet to make sure you are setting S.M.A.R.T. goals.
Bootcamp: Looking to get stronger on the trails? Our BootCamp class is the perfect addition to the Trail Heads training program. Hour long strength workouts at William Land Park every Tuesday and Thursday will help you conquer those hills! First workout is March 14- don't miss out!
