  • Wednesday, July 20th @ 6:30 pm - Auburn Dam Overlook Park: 855 Pacific Avenue, Auburn (workout directions)
    • Don't forget a water bottle or hydration pack and yoga mat or towel.
  • Sunday, July 24th @ 7:30 am - Salmon Falls (workout directions)
    • Don't forget a water bottle or hydration pack and yoga mat or towel.
    • The coaches will be discussing Race Prep after the workout so bring a pen, a change of clothes, and something to sit on.

Fleet Feet Fun Runs: Every Tuesday, Fleet Feet Sac hosts fun runs at 6pm from the store. Come to get in some miles and meet new people. Open to the public- friends and family welcome!
