Workout Times and Locations

  • Wednesday, July 27th @ 6:30 pm - Cavitt Middle School, 7200 Fuller Drive, Granite Bay  (workout directions)
    • Don't forget a water bottle or hydration pack. It will be very hot. Please prepare accordingly. 
    • Bring a yoga mat or towel for stretching afterwards.
  • Sunday, July 31st @ 7:30 am - RACE DAY - Blood Sweat & Beers (race day schedule)
       - 7:30 am - Wave 1, Long Course
       - 7:40 am - Wave 2, Long Course
       - 7:50 am - Wave 3, Long Course
       - 8:30 am - Wave 1, Short Course
       - 8:40 am - Wave 2, Short Course
       - 8:50 am - Wave 3, Short Course
    • Meet up with your fellow trail heads and coaches under the Fleet Feet tent before the race.

What's Happening in Training 

Trail Heads Session 3: Registration is now open! And don't forget to sign up for our brand new race, Granite Head Trails and Ales! We will also be providing an option to transfer into CIM training after Trail Heads 3 ends in October. 

Fleet Feet Fun Runs: Every Tuesday, Fleet Feet Sac hosts fun runs at 6pm from the store. Come to get in some miles and meet new people. Open to the public- friends and family welcome!
