Workout Times and Locations

  • Wednesday, October 12th @ 6:30 pm - Cavitt Middle School, 7200 Fuller Drive, Granite Bay   (workout directions)
    • Don't forget a water bottle or hydration pack. 
    • Bring a yoga mat or towel for stretching afterwards.
    • Headlamps, lights and reflective gear now mandatory for Wednesday evenings.
    • This is your last workout!
  • Saturday, October 15th @ 7:00 am -Granite Head Trails and Ales Race, Granite Bay
    • Join your coaches and friends at the Fleet Feet training tent
    • Arrive no later than 1 hour before the race start time
    • Bring water bottle to sip on and gel/bar snack to eat (if desire
