Small Group Training

Ready for that next level in training? Looking to increase your speed? Fleet Feet FIT is designed for you. Receive individualized training plans based on your specific race goals, weekly small group coaching and unlimited email access with Coach Chad. This program is tailored towards runner’s specific needs. All participants should be able to run a minimum of 30 minutes, 3x a week by the start of training.
