FALL 2008

NO BOUNDARIES 5K TRAINING PROGRAM

  • September 16 - November 27, 2008
  • Tuesday and Thursday group workouts
  • Registration opens August 11, 2008

No Boundaries is a beginners training program for the first time walk/runner.  This program is perfect for inactive or minimally active people. This program will motivate and educate beginners to improve their fitness and develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing for the Run to Feed the Hungry 5k on Thanksgiving morning, November 27, 2008.

 

cowtown Half Marathon Training Program

  • August 10 - October 5, 2008
  • Wednesday and Sunday group workouts
  • Registration opens June 30, 2008

A Half Marathon Training Program for walkers, run/walkers and runners.  This program will prepare you for the Cowtown Half Marathon on Sunday, October 5, 2008.

  • Wednesday and Sunday group workouts
  • Registration is closed!  The 150 person cap has been filled for 2008.

A full marathon training program for runners and run/walkers with 13:00 minute per mile pace or faster.  The program will prepare you for the California International Marathon on Sunday, December 7, 2008.

WINTER 2009

Shamrock'n Half Marathon Training Program

  • January - March 2009

Run or walk your way to your first half marathon finish or improve your current half marathon time by joining the Fleet Feet J Street Shamrock'n Half Marathon training program. This training program will help you to prepare for the 5th Annual Shamrock'n Half Marathon to be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009.

SPRING 2009

NIKE WOMEN'S FITNESS FESTIVAL training program

This training program is just for the ladies. The program will help to prepare you for the Nike Women’s Fitness Festival 5K to be held on Sunday, June 7 at our State Capitol. This program has two exciting options for training:

  • Performance Running for Ladies
  • Fabulous Fitness for Ladies
