PREMIER NIKE HALF MARATHON TRAINING
Program Benefits (price and details for 2012 being finalized):

  • Guaranteed entry into the Nike Women's Half Marathon event for the first 45 registrants to the Premier Half Marathon Training level (Note: Premier price does not include race entry fee,  Training participants must register and pay for the Nike Half Marathon race separately.)

WORKOUT TIMES AND LOCATIONS

  • First group workout is Sunday, August 12, 2012
  • Wednesday night workouts begin at 6:00 pm
  • Sunday morning workouts begin at 7:30 am

Group workouts will be held throughout Sacramento – William Land Park, 100 Howe Avenue, Sunrise Avenue, Old Fair Oaks, Lake Natoma, Granite Regional Park, etc.

TRAINING GROUPS
To create a tight knit training group and ensure effective coaching, this program is being offered to runners and run/walkers with a pace of 12 minutes per mile or faster.

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF TRAINING
All participants should be able to run a minimum of 45 minutes three times a week by the start of training.

No refunds after the kick-off and no exchanges or transfers at any time.

Registration fee does not include race entry fee.
A maximum of 75 people will be allowed in this program. There is no waiting list.

KICK OFF
The Nike Half Training program will Kick-off in early August at Fleet Feet J Street. Training packets, schedules and training shirts will be handed out from 5:00 - 8:00 pm. In addition, plan to check out some training products, join a mini Good Form Running clinic and meet your coach. You can even use your $20 gift card to "gear up" for training.
