PARKWAY 1/2 MARATHON

Based on popular request, Fleet Feet Sports is proud to host a half marathon training program to prepare walkers, run/walkers and runners for the American River Parkway Half Marathon - a beautiful 13.1 mile event along the American River Trail. This event will be held on April 28, 2012. Shamrock'n Training participants will receive 10% off The Parkway Half Marathon Training registration fee.
PARKWAY TRAINING
- First group workout Wednesday, March 14, 2012
- Weeknight workouts (Wednesday 6pm) - 100 Howe Ave
- Weekend workouts (Sunday 7:30am)

SUGGESTED ACTIVITY LEVEL PRIOR TO START OF TRAINING
- You should be able to run or walk 30-45 minutes, 3 times a week at the start of training.
- People who do not participate in and/or complete the Shamrock'n Training must start the training program running or walking a minimum of 4 days per week, 45 minutes each workout with one workout being a minimum of 6-plus miles.
- All participants must join this program injury free and ready to do a 7 mile long workout on the first Sunday of the program.
